PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deposit removing device which easily removes a deposit attached to the surface of a material by static electricity. SOLUTION: In the deposit removing device, an electrode to which high voltage having the same polarity as the electric charge of the attached surface of the deposit is applied is arranged in the proximity of or in contact with the side to be attached of the material while blowing ion air to the deposit attached to the surface of the material by static electricity. Alternatively, an electrode to alternately apply positive and negative high voltage is arranged in the proximity of or in contact with the surface side to be attached of the material.
