PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device of an in-wheel motor capable of surely supplying lubricating oil to a part to be lubricated, when supplying lubricating oil from a vehicle body side to the inside of a casing. SOLUTION: This cooling device has the casing 7 arranged in an inside space of a wheel 3 and storing an electric motor 13 connected to a wheel 2 so that power may be transmitted, a vehicle body 12 supporting the wheel 2 and the casing 7 via a suspension device 8, and the lubricating oil stored in an internal part 7A of the casing 7 and lubricating and cooling the part 23 to be lubricated existing in the casing 7. The cooling device includes a pump 27 provided in the vehicle body 12 to suck and discharge the lubricating oil in the internal part 7A of the casing 7 and a first oil passage 31 for connecting a discharge port 27B of the pump 27 with the internal part 7A of the casing 7.
