PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for monitoring a structure capable of performing remotely integrity evaluation and data collection of a structure such as a bridge pier. SOLUTION: Each exciter 5a, 5b is provided respectively on the upper end of each bridge pier 3a, 3b which is a lower structure of a bridge 4. Each exciter 5a, 5b is connected respectively to a control device 13. Each sensor 7a, 7b corresponding to each exciter 5a, 5b is provided on the upper end of each bridge pier 3a, 3b. Each sensor 7a, 7b is connected to a processing device 15, and further the processing device 15 is connected to an analyzer 17. The analyzer 17 evaluates integrity of each bridge pier 3a, 3b.
