<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce operation cost by reducing the number of spare sensors in an optical sensor system. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This optical sensor system 10 is constituted as follows: all optical sensors 15-1 to 15-m into which pulsing light oscillated by a wavelength sweeping laser 11 is inputted are equipped respectively with a waveguide diffraction grating 22 having a reflection structure of the same Bragg wavelength set beforehand in a wavelength sweeping range of the wavelength sweeping laser 11; the pulsing light from the wavelength sweeping laser 11 is reflected by the waveguide diffraction grating 22 in each optical sensor 15-1 to 15-m; the reflected pulsing light is received by a pulse receiver 16; and deviation from a prescribed position on a time base of the received reflected pulsing light is detected, and an optical sensor 15-3 generating an abnormality can be specified by an abnormality specifying device 18-1.
