<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle system capable of avoiding imparting of body damage to a user sitting at an inappropriate attitude on a seat. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a behavior decision processing to be executed when the attitude of a fellow passenger is inappropriate, an alarm is given to the fellow passenger (S325) when a distance from a mobile body in front of one's own vehicle is within 5 m (S320: Yes). While the one's own vehicle travels at a curve or an intersection, the presence or absence of a risk to impart the body damage to the fellow passenger having the inappropriate attitude is decided based on a curve radius and speed and steering angle, etc. of the one's own vehicle (S345, S360).
