<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press machine inspection device which can measure an inclination angle between a pair of pressurizing members even in a state where a measuring means is provided by only one, and to provide a press machine inspection device which can measure the inclination angle even in the case the pressurizing members move in fixed inclined posture. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This device is used together with a pres machine provided with a pair of pressurizing members 15, 16 capable of applying a load to a workpiece so as to be closely movable along a Z axis in a state where the distance between both the pressurizing members 15, 16 can be controlled, and includes: the faces 5a to be measured vertically elongated from the pressurizing face of either pressurizing member 15 toward the pressurizing face of the other pressurizing member 16; distance measuring means 8a, 8b supported to the other pressurizing face for measuring a traverse distance to the faces 5a to be measured; and a calculating means calculating an inclination angle based on a change in the traverse distance caused by the close movement between the pair of pressurizing members 15, 16 and a change in the distance between the pair of pressurizing members 15, 16.
