<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a splinter remover capable of easily removing a metal splinter without holding the sticking splinter by tweezers. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The splinter remover comprises a cylindrical member 1, a presser part 2 disposed in such a way as can advance/retreat inside the cylindrical member, and an energization means 3 for energizing the presser part 2 in the direction of advancement (projection). A suction hose 4 extended from an air sucking means can be connected to the cylindrical member 1, so that internal air inside the cylindrical member 1 can be sucked. At the time, the splinter can be sucked by actuating the air sucking means with the whole surface of the end edge of the opening end 11 of the cylindrical member 1 closely in contact with the surface of the skin including a position where the splinter sticks.
