<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-shape switch having stable sensitivity over a wide temperature area. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The sheet-shape switch A has an upper electrode sheet 1 with a first switch electrode 11 and a lower electrode sheet 2 with a second switch electrode 21 integrally laminated through a spacer 3 with the first and the second switch electrodes 11, 21 in a state opposed to each other. The spacer 3 has adhesive layers 32, 32 made of an adhesive containing acrylic resin and tackifier resin integrally laminated on either face of a base material layer 31 made of synthetic resin with a melting point of 130°C or more, with a glass transition temperature (Tg) of the above adhesive of -10 to 0°C, and that, with a haze value of 20 to 40% measured on the basis of JIS K7105 of a sheet formed from the adhesive with a thickness of 50 μm.
