<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wire shielding structure of a simple structure, combining an electric wire and a flexible printed circuit in one body, and applying an electromagnetic shield to it to accomplish preferred grounding. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In an electric wire shielding structure 10, an electric wire 11 runs along a flexible printed circuit 12 with its longitudinal direction approximately in parallel with a first direction of extension of the flexible printed circuit 12, and is secured together with the flexible printed circuit 12 to a conductive mounting member 80. The flexible printed circuit 12 has: a circuit portion 27; and an electromagnetic shielding portion 13. The circuit portion 27 runs in the first direction of extension and its circuit conductor 17 is coated with an insulating material. The electromagnetic shielding portion 13 runs in a body in the first direction of extension at the end of the circuit portion 27 in the second direction of extension which intersects with the fist direction of extension. The electromagnetic shielding portion 13 is secured to the mounting member 80 with the electric wire 11 clamped between the electromagnetic shielding portion and the mounting member.
