PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sampler for an analytical device for properly coping with both the case used for delivering a specimen rack by connecting with the other device and the case used without such connection. SOLUTION: The sampler 2 for an analytical device includes transfer paths 20A, 20B for transferring the specimen rack 3 through a specific route and a frame part 21 located around the transfer paths. Separatable and removable parts 24A, 24B, being separatable and removable from the frame part 21, for setting the cutout part in an opened state at the frame part 21 by being separated and removed from the frame part 21, are set at the frame part 21. When the cutout part is set in the opened state at the frame part 21, the specimen rack 3 is made to enter and exit on the transfer paths 20A, 20B from the external side direction of the frame part 21 through the cutout part.
