PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To downsize the whole automatic transmission in a shaft direction even if an oil hole of a stator shaft which forms a clutch oil passage is significantly inclined. SOLUTION: In the clutch oil passage which provides oil holes (50 to 54) communicating from an oil pump cover 12 to the stator shaft 15 and a main shaft 30 in order to supply oil to a low clutch L/C, the clutch oil passage has a small diameter part 20 and a large diameter part 21 connected to the inner circumference surface of the stator shaft 15 on an inclined plane 22, and opens the inner circumference surface side of a second oil hole 51 on the inclined plane 22. This shortens a distance Lo from the reference plane S of the oil pump cover to the edge of the opening without forming the large diameter part 21 compared with a distance Lz to the opening edge when leaving it in the small diameter part 20.
