摘要 PURPOSE: A multilayer power inductor providing high inductance is provided to minimize a dark zone between light devices by improving the structure of a tube. CONSTITUTION: An upper cover layer(110) is made of magnetic material. An upper buffer layer is integrated with a nonmagnetic body(120b) and a magnetic body(120a). The upper buffer layer forms a buffer region using the nonmagnetic body so that the upper cover layer does not contact with an internal electrode pattern(210). An electrode pattern connecting from the upper part to the lower part or from the lower part to the upper part through a via hole(200) is formed in an upper electrode pattern forming layer(130). The upper electrode pattern forming layer is comprised of the magnetic body forming a magnetic flux path meeting the magnetic body(140a) in the center. The center forming layer is integrated with the nonmagnetic body(140b) and the magnetic body. The magnetic body is formed in the center of the nonmagnetic body. The via hole is formed in the nonmagnetic body. The via hole forming layer is comprised of the magnetic body. In the via hole forming layer, the via hole is formed in the magnetic body. A lower electrode pattern buffer forming layer is comprised of a nonmagnetic body(150b) with the electrode pattern. The lower electrode pattern buffer forming layer is integrated with the nonmagnetic body and the magnetic body.
