<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a loss of an AC-DC conversion circuit in a controller of an AC rotary machine capable of performing regenerative operation. <P>SOLUTION: The controller of an AC rotary machine is equipped with an AC rotary machine; an AC-DC conversion circuit for converting AC power of the AC rotary machine to DC power; a DC load connected to the AC-DC conversion circuit; a simulated AC-DC conversion circuit which is connected to the AC rotary machine and converts AC power of the AC rotary machine to DC power; a simulated DC load connected to the simulated AC-DC conversion circuit; and a switching signal generating means which calculates a switching signal based on current or voltage information appearing in the simulated AC-DC conversion circuit and outputs the switching signal to the AC-DC conversion circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
