PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing management device 20 capable of reducing chances of information leakage by printed matters without providing a network printer 11 with a new function.

SOLUTION: The printing management device 20 generates a release key, incorporates the generated release key into print data and transfers the generated release key to the network printer 11 when instructed to perform printing. The printing management device 20 displays a picture for requesting an input of the release key printed on a printing medium together with print data by the network printer 11 on a display device 13.
