<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique for specifying a candidate folder name based on contents of a data file input to a data storage device. <P>SOLUTION: A multifunction machine 20 transmits the input data file to a server 40. The server 40 specifies a keyword group included in a keyword list and the data file transmitted from the multifunction machine 20 in common. The server 40 transmits the specified keyword group to the multifunction machine 20. The multifunction machine 20 transmits a keyword selected from the keyword group transmitted from the server 40 by a user to the server 40.
