<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing unit, data sharing method and data sharing program, having high convenience when sharing data. <P>SOLUTION: A portable device 1 includes a speech communication function by means of a speech communication unit 1a and a data storage function by means of a shared data memory 1b. When speech communication is started between the speech communication unit 1a and an information processing unit 2, a communication target information output unit 1d identifies the target of the speech communication, and outputs communication target identification information which identifies the communication target. When the communication target identification information outputted from the communication target information output unit 1d is accepted, an access control unit 1e decides whether the accepted communication target identification information is included in access control information stored in an access control information memory 1c.
