PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve steering stability, abrasion resistance, and uneven abrasion resistance on a dry road surface, while minimizing lowering of on-snow performance. SOLUTION: A tie bar 10 for connecting blocks 5 and 5 adjoining in the circumferential direction is provided with more than one recessed grooves 15 that extend in the tie bar length direction on an upper surface 14, so that a plurality of rib-like projections 16 parted by the recessed grooves 15 are provided at least on an upper part of the tie bar 10. For the tie bar 10, tie bar width Lw as distance on a side wall surface 13 along a lateral groove width center line i between lower end edges 13b and 13b is set to be 0.5-1.5 times of lateral groove width Wy of a lateral groove 6, and projection width Tw on the upper surface 14 of the rib-like projection 16 along the lateral groove width center line i is set to be 0.15-0.3 of the tie bar width Lw.
