<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a fire alarm for achieving miniaturization and thinning by storing a heat sensing section in a casing. <P>SOLUTION: A thermistor 3 connected to a circuit board 2 is installed in a casing 1. A first opening 14 whose height becomes the same as the height of the installation position of the thermistor 3 is installed so that hot air flowing from the outer periphery of the casing 1 can flow to the top end of the thermistor 3.
