Ž<P>SOLUTION: The vehicle guiding tool is characterized in that it has: a frame plate made of an elastic material; a colored film material covered on the frame plate, a holding rod having a holding part of the frame plate and a spiral groove; and a holding barrel with one part of the holding rod slidably positioned in its interior and having a frame plate holding part and a protrusion portion into an interior provided adjacent to the spiral groove.
