<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reusable new falling-off preventive screw capable of maintaining stable axial force in fastening, by surely preventing falling-off, without impairing workability. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This falling-off preventive screw has an interference part for preventing falling-off by interfering with a female screw thread 22 of a female screw member when a screw shaft 10 rotates in the loosening direction, by elastically returning after passing through a screw hole 21, by allowing the passing by being elastically deformed by screwing-in torque when passing through the screw hole 21 in screwing-in, when threadedly engaging the screw shaft 10 with the female screw member 20, and is characterized in that the interference part is constituted of an interference screw thread 31 interfering with a part except for a fastening side flank surface 12A of the female screw thread 22.
