Provided is a system stabilizing device, which is disposed in a micro grid and which incorporates a self-supporting control unit (200) thereinto. This self-supporting control unit (200) determines an effective system voltage (Vsd) and an ineffective system voltage (Vsq) from a system voltage (Vs). A fluctuation detecting unit (202) has differential characteristics and first-order lag characteristics, and determines the fluctuation component of the effective system voltage (Vsd), so that an ineffective current command (Irefq) is determined by multiplying the fluctuation component by a gain in a proportional operation unit (203). A fluctuation detecting unit (204) does not have the differential characteristics but the first-order lag characteristics, and determines the fluctuation component of the ineffective system voltage (Vsq), so that an effective current command (Irefd) is determined by multiplying the fluctuation component by a gain in a proportional operation unit (205). Thus, the system stabilizing device can reduce the hardware and the operation load, which are necessary for the system stabilizing control at a self-supporting run. |
