The clutch arrangement has a drive mechanism, which has a bottom shaft (11) and a cam (12). The bottom shaft passes through axle center of the cam and is connected to it. A guide groove (121), provided with different curvature, is located in the cam. A cover plate (36) is provided with a lateral through-hole, where tie bolt is threaded by the through-hole. Two tie bars (40), which move with the tie bolts, are connected to two coupling units.
