The board (1) has a mass layer (3) and a connection device (4) for electrical connection of the mass layer with an electrically conductive housing. The connection device comprises a coupling impedance (10) with ohm's resistor (11) as a unit for an electromagnetic compatibility, where the coupling impedance is formed as a series connection of the ohm's resistor and a capacitor. The connection device exhibits an electrically conductive insular contact (5), which is electrically connected with the mass layer. A screw opening (23) is provided in fixation area of the board. An independent claim is also included for an electrical/electronic module provided with an electrically conductive housing.
