PURPOSE: An apparatus for allocating distributed resources and a method thereof are provided to enable each terminal to distributively resources of an ad hoc network, entirely by using a proper scheduling technique based on shared information. CONSTITUTION: In an ad hoc network, a method used when a terminal(1) of a transmission group transmits data comprises the following steps of: sharing scheduling information with other terminals(2-10) of the transmission group; and scheduling resources for data transmission by using the shared scheduling information.
