PURPOSE: A high voltage relay control method for hybrid vehicles is provided to determine the point at which the voltage of a motor does not flow in a high voltage relay in order to switch off the high voltage relay, thereby preventing the fuse of the high voltage relay. CONSTITUTION: A high voltage relay control method for hybrid vehicles comprises the following steps of: determining a point at which the charging current of a motor does not flow in the high voltage relay when either a hybrid controller or motor controller is out of order; and switching off the high voltage relay when the charging current does not flow in the high voltage relay.
