摘要 Disclosed is a method for operating a synthesis gas reformer in a GTL plant. In the method, operation conditions for the synthesis gas reformer are set, and flow rate control target values respectively for a light hydrocarbon gas, steam, and CO2, and the quantity of heat necessary for the synthesis gas reformer are determined. Based on the determined values, the control of operating load in the synthesis gas reformer is performed. The furnace efficiency of the synthesis gas reformer is set. The combustion load of a burner in the synthesis gas reformer is determined. The composition of a fuel gas in the burner is measured, and the lower calorific value of the fuel gas is determined. The pressure control target value of the fuel gas is determined. The deviation between the pressure control target value and the measured value for the fuel gas is determined. Control output to a pressure control valve provided on the inlet side of the burner is performed to compensate for the deviation and thus to control the temperature of the synthesis gas at the outlet of the synthesis gas reformer.
