PURPOSE: A vinyl-based air film for greenhouses and a preparation method thereof are provided to ensure uniform air layers by coupling an elastic bar with one vinyl cloth. CONSTITUTION: A vinyl-based air film for greenhouses comprises a cylindrical vinyl cloth, and synthetic resin elastic bar(210). An air layer(201) is formed inside the vinyl cloth. The synthetic resin elastic bar is fused on both ends of the vinyl cloth in a width direction of the vinyl cloth so as to form an air layer the same as the diameter of the synthetic resin elastic bar. An insertion space and a sided air layer are formed on the synthetic resin elastic bar and both ends of the vinyl cloth. A fixing plate is inserted into the insertion space.
