<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating agent hardly soluble in fuel, able to form coatings excellent in solubility resistance to fuel, and a laminated body, a fuel tank and a fuel-based parts, using the coating agent hardly soluble in fuel. <P>SOLUTION: The coating agent hardly soluble in fuel comprises a polyolefin resin (A), at least one crosslinking agent (B) and a solvent (C), wherein the polyolefin resin (A) contains a 0.5-15 mass% unsaturated carboxylic acid component and has a 0.1-100 g/10 min melt flow rate under 2,160 g load at 190°C, the crosslinking agent (B) is selected from oxazoline compounds, epoxy compounds, carbodiimide compounds, isocyanate compounds, hydrazide compounds, melamine compounds and polyols.
