<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a web-site determination device and a web-site determination program so that a user can feel the delay time shortened when accessing the web-site. <P>SOLUTION: The web-site determination device includes a determination means, and a determination-result notifying means for transmitting a determination result to a user terminal through a communication line. Out of a plurality of determination processings that determine whether the web-site is camouflaged, a first determination processing and a second determination processing are defined which does not require and requires a longer time in the processing, respectively.
