PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam sheet excellent in heat insulation performance and flexibility, excellent in handleability, applicability and moldability, and applicable for various uses, and a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: This foam sheet is manufactured by blending a micro-balloon containing 1-30 pts.mass of borosilcate glass as a main component, with 0.4-2.0 pts.mass of thermally expandable micro-capsule, with respect to 100 pts.mass of thermoplastic elastomer, by thermally expanding the thermally expandable micro-capsule, to be molded into a sheet form.
