PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-shrinkable polystyrene based laminated film which simultaneously expresses excellent heat-shrinkability, perforated line unsealing performance, and heat resistance and has high productivity. SOLUTION: In the heat-shrinkable polystyrene based laminated film, a skin layer essentially composed of a polyester based resin layer is laminated on at least one side of the core layer essentially composed of a polystyrene based resin. The heat-shrinkable polystyrene based laminated film has specified heat shrink properties and mechanical characteristics after specified heat-shrink treatment.
