PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin molding method that can simplify the structure of a mold, form a weld part accurately in a desired part, and form a resin molded product of fine appearance, and to provide the resin molded product. SOLUTION: The resin molding method has a mold-closing process for closing the mold 1 to form a resin passage 90 having a gate 25 and a cavity 26, and arranging insert members 28U, 28D in the cavity 26 to partition a plurality of branch passages; an injection process for injecting molten resin 91 having an anisotropic filler 910, into the resin passage 90, allowing the molten resin 91 to pass through the plurality of branch passages to divide the flow of the molten resin 91, and forming the weld part WL by joining the divided flow of molten resin 91 downstream of the plurality of branch passages, to improve the orientation of the filler 910 in the extended direction of the weld part WL; and a mold-opening process for opening the mold 1 to take out the resin molded product 93 with which the insert members 28U, 28D are integrated.
