PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve display allowing a large amount of information included in a document group to be quickly and accurately read. SOLUTION: A document group analysis supporting device comprises: an input unit 6 for inputting information; a record DB 4 for storing a document group as a set of documents including information for identifying a document, information for defining document items, and content described for each item; a storage unit 3 for storing feature words determined based on the content and various kinds of index information 31 with a relevance between the feature word and each document of the document group associated for each document item; a processing unit 2 for extracting the feature word by analyzing the content of the whole or part of the document group, and calculating the relevance concerning the feature word; and a display unit 5 for arranging and displaying the documents one by one in a predetermined order, the extracted feature words in a predetermined order, and the calculated relevances so as to respectively correspond to the arranged documents and feature words, based on an instruction from the input unit 6.
