<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve both the acceleration of processing speed and low power consumption by performing overclocking only when processing intended by a user is performed. <P>SOLUTION: One or more pieces information processing for overclocking are registered in a memory 22 beforehand. A registration determination part 23 determines whether the information processing is registered at the start of the information processing. If the information processing is registered, a clock control part 24 checks identification for all the registered information processing. If there is any identification indicating that information processing is in progress, the clock control part instructs a clock changing part 25 to increase a clock frequency. The registration determination part 23 also determines whether the information processing is registered at the termination of the information processing. If the information processing is registered, the clock control part 24 checks identification for all the registered information processing.
