<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly convenient and versatile light collecting device with a simple configuration can efficiently collect light incident at a wide range of angles (all-round light collection effect) which can be mass-produced inexpensively. <P>SOLUTION: A solar light collection sheet (light collecting device) 620 is constituted of an upper triangle-shaped part 621 having a triangular cross section, a lower plane part 622 of a thick planar shape, and a lower triangle-shaped part 623 identical in shape to the upper triangle-shaped part 621. The triangle-shaped parts 621 and 623 having the identical shape are arranged in a vertically symmetrical fashion, sandwiching the plane part 622.
