<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device capable of preventing the occurrence of ripple disturbing a display by suppressing the change in a vertical direction of orientation of liquid crystal in a liquid crystal display part when depressing a surface of a touch panel integrated with the liquid crystal display part, and to provide an electronic apparatus using the liquid crystal display device. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display device includes: a liquid crystal display part 11 including a plurality of pixels and including electrode parts for driving liquid crystal of a liquid crystal layer 37, on inner surface sides of a pair of substrates 30A and 30B facing each other with the liquid crystal layer 37 therebetween; and a touch panel 10 fixed to the display surface side of the liquid crystal display part 11 through a transparent adhesive 12.
