<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform temporarily caulking a plate-like member such as a bracket to a tubular member where backing is difficult, without opening a hole on the tubular member at the time of attaching a heat exchanger. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A caulking projection part 16b is formed to be integrated with a liquid receiver 16 as the tubular member on the outer face joined to the bracket 17 simultaneously when extrusion-molding of metal of the liquid receiver 16 is performed. The caulking projection part 16b is positioned at a part of the whole range in the outer peripheral direction of the liquid receiver 16 while being positioned at a part of the whole range in the longitudinal direction of the liquid receiver 16. The bracket 17 is provided with an insertion hole 41 inserted with the caulking projection part 16b at a joint 17a for joining the bracket and the liquid receiver 16. At the time of attaching the bracket 17 and the liquid receiver 16, the insertion hole 41 is inserted with the caulking projection part 16b, and the caulking projection part 16b is deformed to perform caulking-fixation of the bracket 17 and the liquid receiver 16.
