PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chair capable of adjusting the temperature by suppressing the quantity of energy consumption and feeding the cold or heat to a seated person on the chair only. SOLUTION: The temperature adjusting chair is provided with: a heat manufacturing part 2 for manufacturing the heat; a heat accumulating part 3 for accumulating the heat manufactured by the heat manufacturing part 2; a heat supply part 4 for feeding the heat accumulated by the heat accumulating part 3 to a prescribed part of the chair via a heating medium; and a temperature control part 7 for controlling the temperature of the heating medium fed to the prescribed part by adjusting the flow rate of the heating medium from the heat accumulating part 3 fed by the heat supply part 4 based on the temperature of indoor air.
