<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating drier for heating and drying a coating film, without increasing a residual organic solvent concentration in the coating film, without absorbing an organic solvent in the coating film, and also without sticking the organic solvent to the coating film by agglutinating gas of the organic solvent, by keeping low the concentration in a heating drying chamber of the gas of the organic solvent evaporated from the coating film in a drying process, when heating and drying the coating film composed of a coating liquid including the organic solvent in the heating drying chamber for constituting a drier. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This heating driver is provided for heating and drying the coating film of the coating liquid including the organic solvent applied on a substrate and a film base material. A member provided with an oxidation catalyst film including an oxidation catalyst, is arranged in any place in the heating drying chamber for drying the coating film.
