A physical quantity detection circuit (12) is used in a physical quantity sensor (10) for outputting a sensor signal in accordance with a physical quantity given from outside. A sampling phase adjustment circuit (100) adjusts a phase of a sampling clock (CKa). An analog/digital conversion circuit (104) converts a sensor signal (Ssnc) into a digital sensor signal (Dsnc) in synchronization with a sampling clock (CKsp) a phase of which has been adjusted by the sampling phase adjustment circuit. A detection circuit (107) detects a physical quantity on the basis of the digital sensor signal (Dsnc) acquired by the analog/digital conversion circuit. |
