The electrode mass is in presence of dry nitrogen or carbon dioxide atmosphere. An aluminum conductive foil is made up of cathode mass consisting of a polymer binder, 86-92 wt.% of cobalt, nickel, manganese, molybdenum, tungsten, vanadium or iron phosphates, 0-5 wt.% of conductive carbon black and 0-4 wt.% of lithium-oxalato borate. The primer also includes 50-70 wt.% of carbon black. The anode mass consists of a lithium-intercalated graphite or 1-4 wt.% of lithium-oxalato borate. #CMT#POLYMERS : #/CMT# Preferred Components: The primer includes 25-40 wt.% of perfluoropolymer and 0-10 wt.% of polyvinylpyrrolidone compound.
