PURPOSE: A shift fork is provided to prevent the unnecessary friction and the spin loss between a sleeve and a center PAD. CONSTITUTION: A shift fork comprises a center PAD(3), a fixing pad(5), an operation pad(7), an elastic member, and a sleeve(9). The center PAD is prepared in the central part of the shift fork. The fixing pad is installed to be fixed at the shift fork. The operation pad is installed to move toward the fixing pad along the axial of a sleeve. The elastic member elastically supports the operation pad towards the sleeve.
