<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device capable of preventing the occurrence of raking-out leakage even if minute reciprocating movement occurs, and of improving lubricity on the sliding surface of a seal lip in the sealing device for reciprocation. <P>SOLUTION: On a sliding surface 11b of a seal lip 11 which is integrally formed with a metal ring 10 having a tubular part 10a fitted on the surface of a shaft hole and a flange part 10b extended in the radial direction from the tubular part 10a, and which extends from a head end part of the flange part 10b to a counter-sealing object side and makes slide-contact with the surface of a shaft, two kinds of pocket parts which extend so as to respectively turn around for respective flowing directions of sealing object fluid caused by relative reciprocation of the shaft and a housing, and to catch a part of flowing sealing object fluid are meandered and extended to be alternately formed plurally, and meandering projections 12 are provided which have guide parts each for guiding a part of sealing object fluid flowing circumferentially in a direction inclined to the sealing object side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
