<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means capable of realizing the movement estimation of a cell by a simple and plain constitution. <P>SOLUTION: An observation image is acquired by photographing an observation cell by an imaging device. The contour of the observation cell C is extracted from the acquired observation image. A cell model Mc wherein the outer shape of a cell is modeled is adapted to the observation cell of which the contour is extracted, and the adapted cell model Mc is utilized to lead out the moving direction of the observation cell estimated to be moved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
