<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-cross-linking ion conductive film for a fuel cell which can be suited completely for a method in which a solvent is not used and for a shape of a substrate of a complex geometric shape and moreover has an excellent ionic conductivity. <P>SOLUTION: The method of a manufacturing method of an ion conductive polymer film for a fuel cell includes a process in which at least two identical or different polymerizable monomers, each including at least one polymerizable group and at least one precursor group of an ion conductive functional group selected from groups formed by phosphonyl ester, acyl ester, sulfonyl ester, halogenated carbonyl or halogenated thionyl, undergo a plasma chemical deposition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
