<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more appropriately manage information about parts and products. <P>SOLUTION: A production system for producing products from parts by a kanban method: receives shipment kanban information (Step S100); generates production instruction kanban information as instructions to produce products according to the received shipment kanban information, assigns serial numbers and stores the production instruction kanban information under the shipment kanban information (S110 to S130); outputs the production instructions to target processes (S140); receives part kanban information including log numbers of parts from the target processes when the parts are used (S150); and stores the received part kanban information under the production instruction kanban information (S160). This enables the identification of the cause (part information) of a fault by a product number in response to, for example, a customer's claim and the identification of the products manufactured from the parts of the same lot number by the fault part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
