<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swash plate type compressor with variable displacement capable of reducing damage given if a relief valve is in operation capable of maintaining compressor performance and protecting the global environment. <P>SOLUTION: The swash plate type compressor 10 with variable displacement includes a housing 11 internally provided with a crank chamber 16 to accommodate a rotary shaft 17 and a swash plate 22, a compression chamber 30 to compress refrigerant gas by a piston 28 fastened to the swash plate 22, and a discharge chamber 33 to discharge the refrigerant gas compressed in the compression chamber 30, and is constituted so as to change the inclining angle of the swash plate 22 by changing pressure in the crank chamber 16 and thereby control the discharge capacity in which the relief valve 39 to be open when the pressure rises to a prescribed level or higher is installed in a rear housing 14 in such an arrangement that a pressure receiving hole 40 of the relief valve 39 is formed at the discharge chamber 33 while a pressure relieving hole 41 is connected with the crank chamber 16 through a pressure tube 43. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
