PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a releasable adhesive tape which prevents coming of the tape toward a finger on peeling and which is safely removed. SOLUTION: The adhesive tape is produced by forming an adhesive layer 3, 3 on one side or both sides of a tape substrate 2 having elasticity. In the adhesive tape, a slit 4 dividing a part of the tape substrate 2 in the width direction is provided from one end of the drawing direction to the center, the part is divided into a first drawing part 21 and a second drawing part 22, between which the slit 4 is sandwiched, and a first gripping part and a second gripping part are provided which are gripped with a hand when peeled into the first drawing part 21 and the second drawing part 22.
