<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for enabling parameter control of exclusively controlling with a simple operation as to whether a monitor signal is transmitted to a headphone or a speaker, and solving the problem of in-rush in switching, in a monitor control system for monitoring audio signals inside an acoustic apparatus. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A result of detection indicating whether a headphone is placed or not is received from a headphone hanger, or a result of detection indicating whether the headphone is attached on a user or not is received from the headphone, and a predetermined parameter in the acoustic apparatus is controlled in response to the result of detection. Especially, the output destination of a monitor sound is exclusively switched between the headphone and the monitor speaker, based on the result of detection.
