<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of causing the collar and chest of clothes to get wet with waterdrops and soapsuds during hair shampooing and face washing although attempt is made to avoid the problem by wrapping a towel or the like around the neck. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This is a wash guard that achieves four objects at once by facilitating wear around the neck, having superior adhesion, obtaining tight fit without choking the neck, and preventing water infiltration.
